Pilots arrive at KTVI throughout the day. Remember to check in and register under the main tent by the FBO.

T-shirts and other items will be sold under the big tent as well.

Parent/Guardian Meeting for Candy Drop

Please meet at the speaker platform near the main tent to receive instructions for the candy drop. The group will walk *together* to the drop location. 

Reminder that the candy drop is for children ages 10 and under please.

Candy Drop

The rush is on to pick up all the candy that will be dropped (from a plane) over a designated landing area!

Children under the age of 10 only please. Children must be escorted by parents/guardians to participate.

Plane & Pilot Awards

We’ll announce the winners of our annual awards: Youngest Pilot, Oldest Pilot, Newest Plane, Oldest Plane, Farthest Distance Flown to KTVI, and the People’s Choice (Favorite) Plane.

After Dinner Entertainment (Pilots Only Please)

For the pilots staying overnight, there will be games on the tarmac like cornhole and giant Jenga. There will be live music provided by some excellent local talent. And if it’s cold enough we’ll light up the fire pit.
